TPS: Four students arrested following fight at Rogers High School – WTVG

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Four students were arrested after a fight at Rogers High School while they were waiting to get on a school bus, Toledo Public Schools officials said.
According to Toledo Police, a fifth person, an adult, was arrested and booked into the Lucas County Jail. Arrest warrants were issued for three other juveniles. No injuries were reported.
The incident report described as a “large fight” when students were dismissed.
The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday. When 13abc crews arrived at the high school, there were roughly a dozen police cars.
“The safety of our students and staff members is the number one priority for Toledo Public Schools,” a statement from TPS said. “That includes when students are in school, riding a bus to or from school, or attending an extracurricular event.”
A TPS spokesperson said the students face possible discipline from the school, ranging from suspension to expulsion.
